                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM GRADY T. SMITH AND GAYE
                   YOUNG SMITH, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 69B,
                   HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM IV, TRACT NO.
                   009.1, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Grady T. Smith and Gaye Young
       Smith, relative to Contract No. 69B, Hixson Collection System IV, 

       Tract No. 009.1, for a total consideration of $1,500.00.
